Megan Stretavski is the Workforce Initiatives Manager of Northwest Ohio Manufacturing Alliance. She has over twenty years experience empowering individuals and eliminating barriers to become self sufficient. Megan Stretavski is working with businesses to navigate the labor market and discover untapped talent and she is a self starter, independent worker and a team player who works hard, pays attention to detail, with experience coordinating many tasks simultaneously from beginning to end, all with a positive attitude.
Megan Stretavski main focus is solving problems by connecting businesses, community agencies, or individuals with the services they need. I have developed strong customer service skills which enables me to develop new and existing relationships in all tasks.
The Northwest Ohio Manufacturing Alliance (NOMA) is a grassroots effort driven by employers to identify issues surrounding workforce in manufacturing and take the lead in implementing change. Through meaningful partnerships, NOMA works with educators, workforce boards, and economic development organizations to promote manufacturing as a career of choice.
NOMA services six counties in Northwest Ohio: Fulton, Henry, Lucas, Ottawa, Williams, Wood. The six-county region includes more than 100 manufacturers employing thousands of residents.
